Coaching for Positive Impact

At iDiversity we provide specialist coaching services in the areas of leadership development, marketing strategy, managing teams, inclusion, building disability confidence and accessible technology.

We also support individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions in the workplace with coaching support as part of the government’s Access to Work grant scheme.

Our aim is to help individuals achieve their working aspirations, to think through, without distractions, all the aspects and options that will best enable positive change.

It’s really important to us that the coaching we provide makes a difference and also promotes individual health and wellbeing. This is incorporated throughout our coaching series which we call ‘Coaching for Positive Impact’.

Our coaching sessions will help you to develop workplace strategies to achieve your aims and objectives – from simple changes to time management, to putting in place helpful schedules for your working day. Coaching for Positive Impact incorporates coaching methodologies from trained coaching practitioners.  This includes the SHED methodology which encourages monitoring and maintaining your health and wellbeing on a daily basis to enhance your decision making.  For more information about SHED methodology, click here.

If you are employed and are disabled or have a long term health condition, you can apply for the Access to Work grant scheme which will help to cover the costs of practical support in the workplace, including positive-impact coaching sessions.

“I am an academic, and my experience with Robin as a job coach has been genuinely transformative. I can now set boundaries, feel more in control of myself, build assertiveness, and recognise people’s patterns and tendencies.

There is no magic wand, and the process took a few months. Job coaching sessions involve an active role by the client, but Robin was a sincere and skilled guide who truly helped me.

Overall, it was an extremely useful experience, and I strongly recommend Robin both as a person and as a coach. He has been instrumental in promoting positive and much-needed changes that would not have occurred otherwise.”
