Overview
To provide training and share best practice on Assistive Technology and Workplace Adjustment solutions.  Delivering a range of Disability Confident consultancy services, presentations and training to support disabled individuals in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • To deliver software and assistive technology product training to disabled individuals across the UK.  This will include diary management to organise the consultancy sessions with our clients.
  • Write content to raise awareness of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility topics for the iDiversity website, including review new assistive technology solutions.
  • Review new assistive technology products and support our team to promote these products through our marketing communications and presentations.
  • To offer workshops and seminars that enable organisations to develop and deliver effective disability confident services and assistive technology solutions.
  • Launch new training development courses to improve knowledge of accessibility and disability confident initiatives.
  • To work as part of the training and consultancy team to improve our workplace adjustment services portfolio, ensuring quality standards are achieved.
  • To work as part of a team to attend key customer presentations and exhibitions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of helping disabled adults in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of accessible technology and/or assistive technology.
  • Experienced in delivering training.
  • Must be an excellent presenter.
  • Good communication skills. Must hold a full and clean driving licence.

Extra training can be provided for this role if needed.

Role Overview

Providing specialist assessment and coaching support to neurodivergent and disabled individuals in the workplace, helping them develop effective strategies to enhance their performance, confidence, and overall well-being. This role involves delivering workplace coaching sessions, providing training on a wide selection of Assistive Technology solutions, and contributing to the development of workplace inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Workplace Coaching

· To deliver tailored coaching sessions to neurodivergent and disabled employees, helping them build strategies for productivity, communication, organisation, and well-being.

· Assistive Technology Training

· To deliver software and assistive technology training to individuals on a wide range of both software and hardware. This training may be delivered remotely or in-person.

· Stay up to date with developments in assistive technology to ensure high-quality training delivery.

· Workplace Inclusion & Development

· Work with organisations to improve their disability inclusion strategies, providing guidance on neurodiversity best practices.

· Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training programmes to support organisations in fostering disability-confident workplaces.

· Develop informational content, articles, and resources aimed at HR professionals, Occupational Health teams, and Disability Needs Assessors.

Essential Qualifications

· ILM Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Coaching & Mentoring.

· Experience delivering workplace coaching to neurodivergent and/or disabled individuals.

· Strong knowledge of neurodiversity and disability inclusion in the workplace.

· Experience delivering assistive technology training.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor support to individual needs.

Desirable Skills & Experience

· Understanding of HR and Occupational Health processes related to workplace adjustments.

· Experience conducting workplace needs assessments.

· Experience writing content aimed at professionals in HR, Occupational Health, or disability services.

· Knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusive workplace technology

· Ability to develop and deliver training materials and resources.

· Experience delivering workshops or seminars.

· A full clean driving license`
