Janine King

I am a Director & CEO specialising in the areas of: disability confident workplace solutions, diversity and inclusion, accessibility including assistive technology, marketing strategy and innovation, and coaching services for senior executives. I founded iDiversity Consulting Ltd in 2019 and I am also the MD of Iansyst Ltd, a company that helps thousands of disabled individuals every year. I am a Chartered Director (IoD) with 15 years of experience working in the disability and assistive technology solutions sector and a Chartered Marketer (CIM) who has worked with software technology companies as well public sector organisations. At the heart of iDiversity Consulting I want to deliver a range of solutions that help organisations create more inclusive places for work and study; that there are opportunities for all, and that each individual knows what is available to help them achieve. iDiversity Consulting combines services and technology; I want to collaborate with technology innovators, using the combined knowledge of my team and consultants, to enable and raise the awareness of accessible technology approaches.
