About Us – iDiversity Consulting
Founded in 2019 by Janine King, iDiversity brings together workplace assessments, coaching, training and assistive technology. Our clients range from smaller businesses arranging a first assessment to larger organisations supporting employees across multiple sites.
Much of our work begins with a conversation about an employee’s role: what are their strengths, what challenges are they facing, what is already working and what could be changed. The answer might be specialist equipment, coaching, a change in working practices or simply making better use of accessibility features that are already available.
Our Values
iDiversity is dedicated to helping your organisation deliver inclusive solutions that connect your team with the information, products and services that they can access to achieve their aspirations.
Accessibility
Providing the tools, training and support to ensure no person is left behind.
Welcoming & Approachable
Together we will deliver a solution, individually tailored to suit a diverse culture.
Diversity
Ensuring employers can access a diverse pool of talent and engage with everyone across the organisation.
Inclusion
Celebrating our unique talents and respecting our differences to create change for good.
Innovation
Developing exciting new ways to create inclusive initiatives at all levels of an organisation.
What we do
We provide advice and services that can be used together or individually. An assessment is often the starting point, but we can also help people use the recommended tools and strategies afterwards.
We work directly with employees and with the HR teams, managers and other people responsible for arranging support.
The people behind iDiversity
Our team includes disability consultants, workplace assessors, neurodiversity coaches, trainers and accessibility specialists, alongside the colleagues who organise appointments, equipment and day-to-day client support.
You can find out more about the wider team on our team page.
