This training aims to educate participants on co-coaching as well as explore ways to support neurodivergent people in the workplace in a neuro-affirmative manner.
Participants will develop and increase confidence, knowledge, compassion, and empathy to work with neurodivergent individuals.

Part one – Training course to develop co-coaching skills.
Date – 05/06/2025
Time – 9:30am – 12:00pm
Remote session

Part Two – Practical co-coaching workshop in person.
Date – 01/07/2025

Key Outcomes from this course
- Develop a deeper understanding of co-coaching, its purpose and place in the workplace
- Expand understanding of how co-coaching differs from 1:1 coaching
- Be aware of the likelihood of low self-esteem and high levels of anxiety when working with neurodivergent people in the workplace
- Understand the importance of being non-judgemental and having an open mind
- Develop an understanding of communication, environmental and sensory needs of the individual and make reasonable adjustments accordingly
- Consider the importance of language during a co-coaching session in the workplace
- Critically reflect on current working practices such as interview questions
- Be confident in putting together – effective co-coaching sessions for neurodivergent people and their managers in the workplace
